 1.    How do I place an order?

1) To begin, please select a category or design from the navigation menu or search bar to learn more about a specific product or your favorite style.

(2) Next, you can freely choose the size and color of your item before clicking "Add to cart." Please proceed to checkout under the shopping bag after adding all the desired items.

(3) To purchase a product if you do not have an account, simply enter your email address. You only need to log in to your account to proceed to the next step if you signed up for one.

(4) Please enter your shipping address with care, as we need to ensure you receive your order.

(5) The final step is to enter your payment information to complete your order. Your order will be prepared and shipped to you as soon as we receive confirmation from our system. Furthermore, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

2. Do I need an account to place an order?

All you need to begin the ordering process is an email address. We do, however, strongly advise you to create a Omaha Bedding account. It is simpler to add your favorite items to your wishlist, collect  Omaha Bedding reward points, and expedite your next purchase.

3. How do I know if Omaha Bedding received my order?

When we receive your order, our system will automatically send you an email/text message confirming it. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing it, please check your spam folder before contacting our support email for further assistance.

4. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

 

Your order will be processed and shipped shortly after you place it. If you want to cancel or change your order, please send us an email to sale.3dmerch@gmail.com with your request within 24 hours. Please be advised that once an item has been shipped out, your order cannot be modified anymore.

5. Can I modify my order?

If you wish to modify your order, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at sale.3dmerch@gmail.com for better advice.

6. Can Omaha Bedding ship to multiple addresses for the same order?

We regret that we are unable to ship to multiple addresses for the same order. You may, however, place separate orders for different addresses; we will ship each of your orders to the address you specify.

 7. What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you forget your password, simply enter your email address and click "Forgot your password?" on the Sign In page. Following that, our system will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Which currencies can I shop in?

To see how much the item costs, select the currency at the bottom of the page. Please keep in mind, however, that all payments will be processed in USD, and the exchange rate will be determined at the time of purchase.

What payment methods does Omaha Bedding accept?
